02Information we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you provide: name, work email, company, role, project information, preferences and, if you choose, a phone number.

When you make a payment we collect your name, email, phone, company, billing address, the service you are paying for and the amount. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and never reach our systems.

When you subscribe to Omnexa Notes we collect your email address.

With each form we record technical details that help us prevent fraud and misuse: IP address, browser and device type, time zone, language and the page that referred you.

03How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, arrange conversations and prepare proposals you have asked for.

To process payments, issue invoices and receipts, and keep the financial records the law requires.

To send Omnexa Notes if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us.

We do not sell personal information.

04Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are discussing or delivering work with you, and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete enquiry and newsletter data at any time.

05Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run this website and respond to you: Cloudflare (hosting and security), our customer-relationship system (enquiry and order records), Stripe (card payments) and our email provider (confirmations and replies). Each processes data only on our instructions.

06Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your information, and to object or withdraw consent. Email [email protected] to make a request; we reply within 30 days.

07Changes

We update this notice when our practices change and show the date of the latest revision at the top of this page.
